If a new hire doesn't work out within the first 90 days, you have the option to receive either a prorated credit towards your next hire or a replacement candidate at no additional cost. We are a permanent placement recruiting firm, and our fee structure is based on a percentage of the candidate's first-year starting salary. This fee is billed 30 days after a successful hire, ensuring that you only pay once the right candidate is secured and starts working.
